Position: Human Resources
Compensation: DOE , Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Shift: 8:30am-5pm (hours may vary)

It is our expectation that each employee will offer his/her services wherever and whenever necessary to ensure the success of our endeavors.
a) Assist and manage aspects of recruitment by working closely with technical staff/hiring managers
b) Generate and manage meaningful job postings
c) Schedule interviews for candidates and start dates for new hires
d) Maintain candidate files and compile interview feedback from staff
e) Facilitate new employee orientation program
f) Create and implement programs for: new hire orientation, associate on-boarding, structured interviews and retention strategies
B. Administrative Duties
a) Coordinate temporary staffing needs and payroll auditing for temporary associates
b) Assist employees with ADP Portal administration
c) Process semi-monthly payroll with ADP
d) Prepares offers of employment or separation letters as needed
e) Facilitates Exit Interview process
f) Assists with special projects such as the flu shot clinics, open enrollment, employee trainings, and other workplace events.
g) Maintains employee records and files as required by Federal and State laws.

g) Dependable, exemplifying this through attendance and job duties
A. A.S. degree or greater in Human Resources or related field preferred
B. 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative role, preferably HR related
C. Familiar with Microsoft applications such as MS Office
D. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships
E. Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
