Front Office Administrator

Health Wright Products is a privately held Contract Manufacturer of Nutritional Supplements that is seeking a Front Office Administrator to join our expanding organization. After twenty four years of significant growth we are still just at the beginning cycle of our potential and you would be joining a talented and committed team!

Job: Front Office Administrator
Shift: Day Shift Monday -Friday, 8am-5pm
Pay: DOE

We are looking for high energy & friendly Front Office Administrator who thrives in a busy and sometime stressful environment.
The Front Office Admin answers the main phone line and is the first person most customers, prospects,  and vendors encounter when they are visiting or calling Health Wright Products Inc... Customer service skills are of the utmost importance in this position. The Front Office Administrator must be able to answer questions or help the callers to the appropriate person that will have the answer. The Front Office Administrator is also responsible for processing, sorting, and distributing all incoming and outgoing mail. Position maintains a visitor log to assist with station security and safety policies. There will also be a large amount of data entry. The person in this position must have experience with excel, word, and outlook. 
This position interacts with all departments in the facility and assists as back-up for various administrative duties as time permits -and various special projects, filing, matching invoices, packet making, and etc.

-Maintain a constant presence at the front reception desk

-Answer all incoming calls to the main phone line, answer questions, and greet guests.

-Assist with various administrative duties - filing, sorting, packet making, special projects, etc.

-Process/Distribute/Sort all incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years experience as a front office administrator or equivalent administrative support position preferred.

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

-Microsoft Office (experience with Outlook, Word, and Excel is a must),

-Comfort with technology and learning proprietary programs,

-Experience with a multiple line phone system,

-Experience with sanning documents, fax machine,

-Must possess very strong customer service skills and able to juggle multiple projects at once. Must be professional and comfortable dealing with all types of personalities and demeanors. Organized, calm demeanor necessary to survive in this position.
